Our way
We created MANTAYA to be a place you can arrive at exactly as you are
We believe that to bring healing into the world, you have to live the journey yourself
Part of the "deal" of being human is also experiencing pain, challenges and illness
Luckily, we have a lot to work with when it comes to all of that
And it's possible — even preferable — to go through it together ♡
MANTAYA is a safe space for our own personal journey
For a deep meeting with ourselves, guided professionally
And for gradual, personal growth at the pace that's right for each of us
Our vision is to deepen the ability to listen, observe, release and grow through the path we ourselves are walking
Benny Slitzky
I discovered the world of breath about a decade ago. The first session I did completely changed my perception of reality
I connected with my inner world and my body, and emotions I had never encountered before came to the surface. I understood that this was my gateway inward, a way to discover profound truths about existence
A great deal has changed since then
I began walking a path of healing, breath and awareness
I completed training and apprenticeships in yoga, shamanism and Buddhism
I trained as a breathwork therapist and have guided hundreds of workshops and sessions in Israel and around the world
Today I work as an emotional therapist and teach breathwork courses. I live in Eilat, am studying for a master's degree in social work, and am creating MANTAYA, a space for holistic healing, together with my beloved Naama

My journey of awareness began as a professional dancer
I explored the body, movement and breath, and discovered that body awareness was a vital gateway in my emotional and mental healing journey
The world of dance can involve a great deal of pain because of the physical demands placed on the body
When I couldn't find answers for my pain in conventional medicine, which only helped to ease it rather than treat its roots, I turned to holistic and alternative medicine
I studied natural medicine, relaxation and honest listening to the body and the mind
Over time, I left the stage to teach people how to truly dance: to move with love and listen to the body
I developed the BODY-MIND method, which connects body and mind for the sake of healing
At the College of Homeopathy, I studied personalised nutrition and natural healing
My intention is to live my calling and share this body of knowledge with as many people as possible
Together with my beloved Benny I live in Eilat, practise Vipassana and walk a path of love and compassion
